At Feels Good Yoga, we strive to create a peaceful and distraction-free environment for all students. We kindly ask that you keep your cell phone turned off or on silent while in the studio. If you must use your phone during class, please step outside of the studio space to do so, as we want to maintain a focused and calming atmosphere for everyone. We appreciate your respect for this policy and thank you for helping to create a mindful and supportive space for all practitioners.

To ensure a calm and focused environment for all students, we ask that you arrive on time for your class at Feels Good Yoga. In order to avoid disrupting the flow of the session, we cannot accommodate late arrivals more than 10 minutes after the class has started. If you arrive after this time, you will not be permitted to enter the studio. We encourage you to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and prepare for your practice. The door to the studio will be open 15 minutes prior to the start of class time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Our yoga class waitlist allows up to 10 people to join.
Here's how it works: Joining the Waitlist:
If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. Spaces on the waitlist are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Notification of Open Spots: When someone cancels their reservation, the first person on the waitlist will automatically be added to the class. You will receive a notification via the Mindbody system as well as an email to inform you of your updated status.
Removing Yourself from the Waitlist: If you no longer wish to be on the waitlist, please remove yourself promptly to allow others the opportunity to join.
Important Cancellation Policy: Once you are added to the class from the waitlist, all standard cancellation policies will apply. Please review our cancellation guidelines to avoid any fees.
- 15
Cancellations must be made 8 hours before the class to avoid a late cancellation fee of $12 (Silver and Gold members) or a loss of class credit (class passes).
No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled class without advance notice, the class will be considered a no-show, and you will forfeit your class credit or payment.

For the safety and comfort of all our students, we ask that children do not wait in the lobby during yoga classes at Feels Good Yoga. We do not have staff available to supervise children during class time. If you need to bring a child, please make arrangements for them to be supervised outside of the studio space. We do offer a class for kids ages 4-7 on Friday from 3:45-4:30 for the kids to get their time in the studio!
