I’ve been practicing yoga for over 15 years, and have 500 RYT certification. My
very first yoga class ever was a hot power class that a friend of mine dragged
me to, and I fell in love with the practice right away. To me, movement is
medication. My life is busy, and my yoga practice has helped me to balance
the craziness of it all! I am forever grateful for the practice, and will always be a
student first.
My favorite classes to teach are power yoga and yoga sculpt. Come practice
