Daneen Farrall
Yoga Instructor
I came to yoga late—literally and figuratively. I arrived flustered and rushed to my first yoga class after dropping my youngest off at preschool. But once I settled onto my mat, the teacher invited us to take a breath… and it was the deepest one I’d taken in 38 years. From that moment, I was hooked.
I teach yoga that is grounding, uplifting, accessible, and creative. Music is a big part of my classes—maybe in another life, I was a DJ! But more than the playlist or the poses, what matters most to me is how yoga feels. It’s not about making a perfect shape with your body but about shaping the moment itself. My classes are about intention, presence, and finding peace in the process.
I’m a Yoga Alliance 200 E-RYT, an Eat Breathe Thrive Facilitator (supporting eating disorder prevention and recovery), and I have a special interest in working with athletes of all levels. I’ve been teaching locally and online since 2014, and I’m so excited to be part of Feels Good Yoga from the very beginning—building a welcoming, connected community close to home.
I live in Rocky River with my husband and four young adult kids—my youngest (from that very first yoga class) is now a high school junior. Outside of yoga, you’ll find me on long walks, road-tripping with a good playlist, or getting lost in a book. My taste in music and reading is all over the map—from Broadway to country, true crime to fantasy—which probably says something about how I approach yoga: there’s no one way to practice, just the way that feels good for you.
Can’t wait to meet you on the mat!
